Return Eligibility

Returns may be requested within 7 days of delivery if the product received is:

  • Damaged

  • Defective

  • Incorrect

Return Conditions

To qualify for a return or exchange:

  • The product must be unused

  • The product must be in its original packaging

  • All tags, accessories, and invoices must be included

Non‑Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned once opened or used:

  • Opened pet food

  • Grooming products

  • Hygiene items

  • Medicines

  • Customized or personalized products

Refund Process

Once the returned product is received and inspected, the refund process will begin.

Refunds are typically processed within 5–7 business days after approval.

Refund Method

  • Prepaid Orders: Refund will be issued to the original payment method

  • Cash on Delivery (COD): Refund will be processed via bank transfer or store credit

Order Cancellation

Orders may be cancelled before shipment. Once the order has been dispatched, cancellation may not be possible.

If a delivery is refused after shipment, the shipping charges may be deducted from the refund amount.
