Bought this as a second bed for a different room rather than as a main one, and that's really where it fits. Light, easy to move, easy to wash, takes up almost no space. The trade-off is thickness — it's a mat rather than a proper cushioned bed, so on tile I'd put it on a rug. Sherpa is warm in winter and the cream shows every bit of dirt, so I wash it more often than I would a dark one. For the price and the flexibility, no complaints.

Padding is on the thinner side. Fine on carpet, less cushioned on a hard floor. If your dog is bony or elderly I'd want something thicker.

Thin enough to fit in the crate, which is what I needed. The bolstered ones took up too much floor space.

Flat mat suits my sprawler. She never used the bolstered bed properly, always hanging off the side. This she uses fully.
